Free online ressources

One of my favourites are the online courses of the Harvard University, especially a course dealing with web development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS etc) and another one about Artificial Intelligence (AI). These are lectures and provide you with an overview.

LinkedIn courses I appreciate because they are well structured and have an overall good quality.

They consist of many chapters, and the chapters very often no more than ten minutes, so You can stop and take some time looking at the programming code etc.

How to find the free LinkedIn courses ? I found out by simply logging in to LinkedIn and looking for

Les credencials proporcionades no permeten completar el procés d’autenticació

Sitio web de la Generalitat : La meva /Salut. Opcion Certificat digital. No puedo acceder y hacer una consulta. Que susto. Porque muy cierto que mis credenciales, es decir el CIP de mi tarjeta sanitaria son correctas. Este mensaje de error no explica bien porque el proceso de autenticación ha fallado. Pues bien, he encontrado la solución : El usuario conectado a esta maquina (yo) no ha hecho la instalación del certificado idCat.

Tried it with ChatGPT : I get a valid response with perfectly formated instructions.

Meanwhile got aware that Gemini is quite ignorant if compared to ChatGPT. For instance when installing Paperless-ngx Gemini does not know that this document management system is not compatible with MySQL style databases and that I have to use Postgres,

Gemini is also rather greedy. After some questions stops responding. ChatGPT is a lot more generous. Copilot as well.

Ubuntu : PS2 Mouse is not responding

Took me quite a while to find out how to overcome this problem. Because quite weary restarting the PC.
The keyboard was working fine. Just the mouse. Did not want to take a USB Mouse (matter of not compromising ressources).

Could get it fixed opening a terminal window …

sudo modprobe -rv psmouse
sudo modprobe -v psmouse

Dieser Ausdruck hat einen Fehler verursacht: Objekt oder Klasse unterstuetzt diese Ereignismenge nicht … *Der Ausdruck gibt moeglicherweise weder den Namen eines Makros noch den Namen einer benutzerdefnierten Funktion noch [Ereignisprozedur] zurueck. * Beim Auswerten einer Funktion, eines Ereignisses oder eines Makros trat moeglicherweise ein Fehler auf. Die Fehlermeldung geht darauf zurueck dass der Anwender die Programmbibliotheken von Access 2010 auf seinem Win 7 PC installiert bekommen hat. Es gibt dann zwei Moeglichkeiten : Upgrade auf Access 2010 oder entfernen der Programmbibliotheken bzw Neuinstallation von Access 2003.

Man muss heutzutage nicht mehr reich zu sein um mehrere PC s zu besitzen. Hauptsächlich benutze ich einen Windows Rechner (Quadprozessor), daneben noch einen älteren den ich gebraucht bei Ebay gekauft habe auf dem Linux läuft (Ubuntu LS 14.04).
